Presenteastudio is committed to providing high-quality photography services. Due to the custom nature of our services, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

Service Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your photography booking:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee
  • 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit
  • Less than 15 days before the event: Deposit is non-refundable
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund will be provided

Cancellation by Photographer

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, etc.), we will:

  • Provide a full refund of all payments made
  • Assist in finding a replacement photographer if possible
  • Offer priority booking for a rescheduled date

Refund Policy for Completed Services

Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography services:

  • Once photography services have been completed and images delivered, refunds are generally not available
  • If you are unsatisfied with your images, we offer one round of complimentary revisions within 14 days of delivery
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented service failures or breaches of contract

ID Photo Services

For ID and document photography services:

  • If your photo does not meet government requirements, we offer free retakes within 7 days
  • Refunds are available if we cannot provide a compliant photo after retakes
  • Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded

Portrait Sessions

For portrait photography sessions:

  • If you are not satisfied with your portraits, we offer one reshoot at no additional cost within 30 days
  • Refunds are not available after image delivery unless there is a documented service failure
  • Additional editing requests beyond the included amount may incur fees

Event Photography

For event photography services:

  • Refunds are not available once the event has occurred and services have been rendered
  • If you are unsatisfied with the delivered images, we will work with you to address concerns
  • Additional editing or retouching beyond the standard package may be available for an additional fee

Digital Products

For digital image files and online galleries:

  • Once digital files have been downloaded or accessed, they are non-refundable
  • If you experience technical issues accessing your gallery, we will provide support to resolve the issue
  • Replacement files may be provided if original files are corrupted or lost due to our error

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services or wish to request a refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of service completion or delivery
  • Provide detailed information about your concern or complaint
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
  • We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties
